Payment

We offer several possible payment methods. The most secure, and the form of payment we recommend to all customers, is to pay with a payment card. We accept the following card types:

  • Visa/Dankort
  • Visa
  • Visa Electron
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro

When paying by electronic payment card, the amount is only deducted when the goods have been dispatched. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders. When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true. We can write down the amount paid at any time – if, for example a product is sold out or not wanted anyway. But for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.

Delivery

We ship all packages with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times for each destination are as follows:

  • Spain Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Germany Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • France Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Denmark Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Netherlands (Holland) Delivery Time : 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

(Please note that these are approximate delivery times and may vary due to factors such as product availability and courier service).

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by using the return form at www.mykidswatch.com/return. The form must also be printed and sent with the return package.

As an alternative to the form that must be attached to the return package, you can create your own, which must contain at least the following information:

  • Order number
  • Date of receipt of the item
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Date of return

You cannot cancel it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

All returns without clear notification to myKidswatch will not be considered as exercise of the right of withdrawal. If it is sent back without information about this, an administration fee of 10 Euro will be imposed for manual processing.

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal: Delivery of goods which have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, including repairs.

Items won in a competition or given as a gift by myKidswatch.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Missing original packaging will constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging and in the same condition and quantity as you received it.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.

If you regret the purchase, the item must be sent to:

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act’s defect rules may apply to goods purchases.

myKidswatch provides a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product.

The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.

Complaints about faults and defects which should be discovered by usual examination of the product must be notified to myKdiswatch within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or refund.

You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If your item is broken

If the product you have purchased is defective, you must first contact our customer service by email, where our employees will try to clarify the error and possibly propagate the error if possible. If this cannot be done, you must create a complaint case on the mykidswatch.com/warranty complaints page.

How do you best describe an error message?

Please describe the error and where and how the error occurred. You are very welcome to attach a photo and possibly video clip where the error appears during use. Next, please state whether the error is constant or periodic. If the error is periodic, please state under what conditions and how often the error occurs.

Unjustified complaint and fee

Mykidswatch may in certain cases charge a test fee for an unjustified complaint. An unjustified claim will typically be due to self-inflicted damage, incorrect use/handling, or that we are unable to ascertain the fault stated in the claim. The test fee will vary between 20 to 30 Euro incl. VAT depending on the time spent by our technician in connection with testing and troubleshooting.

Processing time for complaints

We strive to be able to process complaints within 15 working days, however, during busy periods, longer processing times may occur.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.

The customer bears the return costs themselves.

When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible and include it in the package.

There is no right of complaint on goods that have been given out as a gift or prize.

Personal data policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Mykidswatch and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

Your information is not passed on or sold to a third party. However, we have a collaboration with shipping and payment systems that make it necessary to forward necessary customer information in order to make payment transactions and ship the item. The personal data policy of our business partners has been reviewed and validated so that we ensure that your information is not misused.

As registered with Mykidswatch, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to:

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@mykidswatch.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met. http://www.forbrug.dk/

Mykidswatch reserves the right for any fee changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
