Entering registration code: On the back of the watch, there is a QR-code that you can scan with the App. You can scan by pressing the square, on the right side of the top field. It is also possible to just enter the number into the app.
Nickname: Enter a username on the watch, such as the child’s name for example
I am: Here you choose who you are to the child.
Please note: The watch can only be linked to one account.
IMPORTANT!
Do NOT use an iPad adapter or an adapter with Fast charging function, as this can damage the battery due to too high a current supply.
Adapters must be MAX at 1.0A (which corresponds to a regular iPhone adapter)
All watches come with a USB charging cable, which must be connected magnetically to the back of the watch and put into a traditional charger with USB input or a computer.
Charging time
When you connect the watch to a USB source, the watch will begin charging, indicated by a charging symbol on the screen. You must let the watch charge for approx. 2-3 hours the first time you charge it.
Subsequently, the watch only needs to be charged until the charging symbol on the screen shows fully charged, max 1.5 – 2 hours.
We also refer to the accompanying user manual from the manufacturer.
SOS Alarm Contacts: You can add up to three SOS contacts. When your child activates the SOS alarm (by holding down the SOS button), the watch will call the SOS contacts in order. If the first contact does not answer, the second contact will automatically be called. The SOS is the only button on the side of the watch. Before the watch is connected to the app, this button acts as the on/off button. Once connected to the app, this button acts as the SOS button.
Video Call: You can video call your child via the Setracker2 app. You can either call them via the app or they can call you via the watch.
GPS Location: Please enter the phone number of the sim card that you are using in the watch. Once entered, the app will save the number, so you can call your child using this shortcut.
Voice Chat: This section keeps track of everything such as when the watch leaves an area that you’ve set up, low battery, SOS alarm, etc.
Phonebook: This feature enables you to add up to ten phone numbers. Once added, the phone numbers will be visible in the watch’s phone book. Only these phone numbers will be able to contact the watch and vice versa.
Chat: With this option, you can send text or audio messages to the watch. If you have two or more watches, you can create a group chat, so your family can always stay connected.
Call Number: This feature allows you to reward your child for good behavior. You can send virtual hearts to your child via the app, and they will appear on their watch.
Alarms: With this feature, you can add up to three alarms to ensure that your child is not late for school.
Rewards: This feature allows you to reward your child for good behavior. You can send virtual hearts to your child via the app, and they will appear on their watch.
Remote Camera: This feature allows you to take photos remotely via the app and see your child’s surroundings.
Timetable: Your child can plan their class time schedule using this feature.
Location Update Schedule: You can decide how often the watch should update location. We recommend the “Normal” mode (every 10 minutes).
Contextual Mode: You can choose from a selection of call modes.
Sound Guardian: You can enter the parent’s mobile phone number here. This feature allows you to ask the watch to call you so that you can hear the sounds around the watch. IMPORTANT: This feature will only be displayed AFTER the watch has found a GPS signal. (This is because this feature is banned in Germany and Norway, and our server needs to know the watch isn’t in either of these countries.)
Family Members: You can see which family members are linked with the watch.
Do Not Disturb: This feature is perfect for school time as it blocks the child from using the watch and helps them concentrate on their studies.
SMS alerts: You can receive text message alerts when the watch has low battery or when the SOS alarm is triggered.
Set Local Base Station: In addition to GPS and WiFi positioning, our watches can also use LBS signals, but this feature is not very accurate and we recommend disabling it.
Find Device: If the child loses the watch, you can make it emit a loud noise to help locate it.
Function Restrictions: This option allows you to disable the dial pad to prevent the watch from making outside calls.

Most of our watches are IP67 certified. Read more about what this means below:
IP stands for Ingress Protection or International Protection. This is an international code based on the IEC 60529 standard.
The standard measures how well protected a device is against solid objects – such as dust and dirt – and against liquids. The code consists of the prefix “IP” and two numbers. The first number tells how well the device is protected against solid objects. The second number shows how well the device is protected against moisture and water.
The IP certification classifies how well protected the device is.
However, a high IP certification does not necessarily mean that you can actively use the device underwater.
