When you have made a purchase from us, you have a 30-day right of return, which applies from the delivery date.

If you have regretted your purchase, your order must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

If you want to use your right of return, you must be aware that the package must be undamaged, the item must not have been used, and all parts received in the package must be wrapped as received.

In the event that the watch has been used, the packaging is damaged, or parts for the product are missing, this will mean that the right to return expires.

We also point out that the watch is of course welcome to be tried on in the same way as you would have the opportunity to do in a physical store.

It usually takes 3-7 working days from the time you order until you receive the package. You can follow the package at any time with your track&trace number (Sent with GLS).

If you experience errors with your item, you must contact customer service. We are ready to help you solve the problem!
